Congratulations on making it to the Management team at Wisconsin State Roleplay. We are enthusiastic to have you a part of our team. Please read over this documentation to understand how we operate and do things & how to make your transition to this new team as smooth as possible. What does a Management Member do?

Management members oversee the staff team and oversee all the ranks below them. They are in charge of assisting with the in-game server and Discord server. They are in charge of assisting in the training & recruiting of new staff members and reading staff applications, updating guides, and reading ban appeals.


How do I handle Management Tickets?

When a management ticket gets sent the "High Rank" role will be pinged to notify you a new ticket was made. You are to press the "Claim" button before responding to the ticket. After you do so you need to identify what the reason for the ticket is. Here are some common reasons we see:

-> Partnerships: The server that is attempting to partner must follow all guidelines that are listed inside of the support channel. Once you have exchanged advertisements, you will send their advertisement in #partnerships. We do not ping anyone.

-> HR Reports: Follow the standard reporting process found on the Internal Affairs page.


What permissions do I get as a Management Member?

You will get the "Management" role which grants access to several Discord permissions that you may use. You are to not abuse these permissions and only use them for management reasons. You also get ranked as an administrator in the game. These permissions should only be used for management reasons.
