Congratulations on making it to the Internal Affairs team at Wisconsin State Roleplay. We are enthusiastic to have you apart of our team. Please read over this documentation to understand how we operate and do things & how to make your transition to this new team as smooth as possible. If you notice any issues with the documentation please contact
Internal Affairs agents' main focus is to make sure that staff members are conducting their duties correctly and that our staff team is running as smoothly as possible. You will be able to investigate Internal Affairs tickets and resolve any staff complaints. You will look out for any staff guideline violations and infract them if need be.
You will get the "Internal Affairs" role which grants access to the "Manage Roles" permission and the "Edit Channel" permission in some channels. You are to not abuse these permissions and only use them for Internal Affairs reasons such as giving someone the "Strike 1" role. You also get ranked as an administrator in the game. These permissions should only be used for Internal Affairs reasons.
When an Internal Affairs ticket gets sent in the "High Rank" role will be pinged to notify you a new ticket was made. You are to press the "Claim" button before responding to the ticket. After you do so you need to identify the following: The user the reporter is reporting. The reason why the reporter is reporting. The evidence of what the person did (must be a screenshot, video, or clip to be valid).
After you identify the 3 main points you will now investigate the reason they reported the staff member. The reason why they are reporting the staff member must be true and must be in violation of our staff guidelines. After you confirm the reason why they are reporting the staff member is valid & the evidence you have is valid you may issue an infraction to the staff member.
Information You must use grammar when responding to tickets and be professional when responding to tickets.
Infractions are given out on a case-by-case basis. It depends on what he staff member violates and how many previous infractions the staff member already has.
